Senior Project Manager

sennder is a leading digital freight forwarder revolutionizing road freight logistics in Europe. We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our tech Centre of Excellence (CoE) department, driving top priorities of our product strategy. Based in Berlin, Barcelona, or Amsterdam, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Project management and execution: Drive project timelines, capacity planning, dependency mapping, and scope definition with the project team.
- Financial modeling and resource allocation: Develop models to evaluate product project's ROI, supporting roadmap creation and priority setting.
- Communication and collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the project team and Senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- 4-6 years of experience in project management roles managing projects with multiple contributing teams, preferably within technology companies or product-focused environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for product development, innovation, and market disruption.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and business case development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A dynamic scale-up with an international team of 1000+ people, 74+ nationalities spread across 11 European offices.
