Key Responsibilities- Needs Analysis: Qualify and treat the needs transmitted by hiring managers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.
- Pre-Selection Interviews: Conduct pre-selection interviews through phone calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to final selection.
- Candidate Sourcing: Directly approach and promote Mantu on job boards and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Develop a network and create a portfolio of candidates, building influential relationships during the selection process.
- Recruitment Process Benchmarking: Continuously benchmark the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement.
- Job Offer Development: Improve the contents of job offers to attract the best candidates.
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Recruitment Interest: A strong interest in recruitment and a passion for finding top talent.
- Curiosity and Proactivity: Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French.
- Team Player: Proactive and team player attitude, with excellent communication skills.
