About the Role

The Resident Architect program is designed to support customers in achieving their cloud transformation goals. As a key member of this program, you will work closely with customers to align their employees, processes, and workflows with the Cloud Operating Model, ensuring a seamless integration of the HashiCorp tool suite into their cloud transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in identifying the right talent to support their HashiCorp tool adoption
  • Build and manage a full managed service offering for customers
  • Coordinate successful adoption and growth of HashiCorp services across the business
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to peers and the broader HashiCorp community
Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading customer technical transformation, with a focus on people, processes, and workflows
  • Ability to become a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders
  • Technical expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure management, application deployment, and practical security methodology
  • Working proficiency with HashiCorp tools, such as Terraform and Vault
