The Business Development Representative – Mid-Market & SMB Role
The Business Development team plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by focusing on generating business through account research, strategic prospecting, and impactful outreach. This position will support our Sales' SMB team and the Partner Sales team, which includes a pipeline of Mid-Market CROs. We're seeking dynamic, high-energy talent to drive revenue growth to the Sales teams' pipeline. In this role, you will develop a pipeline of targeted accounts for SMB Accounts and Mid-Market CROs, and execute innovative and impactful outreach efforts. If you excel at problem-solving, strategic thinking, and creative outreach that drives results, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a pipeline of business through strategic and targeted outbound prospecting for both SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Research and build accounts, including finding prospects, reaching out strategically via phone, emails, and InMails.
  • Balance and prioritize targeted accounts and various initiatives to meet and exceed your monthly metrics and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate confidently with the Sales team on account planning and overall strategy and approach.
  • Manage time effectively to pursue accounts with prospects across multiple time zones.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as needed.

We Require:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in a B2B outbound sales role.
  • Experience in outbound account prospecting, including account research, prioritization, and engaging prospects using cold calls, emails, InMails, and more.
  • Proven track record of consistent QoQ quota attainment and achieving metrics, such as dials, emails, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn.
