We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Improvement and Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our clinical research operations team, you will be responsible for facilitating the understanding of clinical research, including legislation and procedures of GSK, through a direct experience related to your university studies. You will also contribute to the identification and management of problems by promoting the ability to analyze and interpret clinical data, and apply practical knowledge in accordance with the CITIUS program structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a deep understanding of clinical research operations and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:
- University student or recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
