We are seeking an HR Systems and Process Improvement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on improving our HR systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement in our HR systems and processes.
- Design and implement process improvements and technology solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, functional leaders, and the wider business to prioritize projects and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain Workday and wider HR systems functionality, including new developments or modules.
- Lead the design, structure of data, and build of integrations with external systems, such as ATS, Payroll, Equity, Benefits, LMS, Access Management, Travel, etc.
- Train and mentor the HR team and Contentsquare leads on using people technology and best practice.
About You:
- You have a strong background in HR systems and process improvement, with a focus on Workday configuration, administration, and core HCM.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are a strategic thinker, with a keen sense of business acumen and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
