Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office team at our Spanish headquarters in Marbella. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project portfolios, including resource capacity planning and budget preparation.
- Manage project risks and create mitigation plans to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to project team members.
- Identify and facilitate resolution of prioritization conflicts for project team members.
- 7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Thorough understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Proven experience building strong working relationships and working successfully in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies, Agile, Scrum, SDLC/Waterfall, and certified Scrum Master (CSM).
