Job Title: Inside Sales Team Lead
Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead a team of high-caliber inside sales professionals focused on new logo business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving goals through leadership and motivation.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, coach and drive a team of inside sales professionals
- Set expectations and provide clarity for the team
- Work closely with field sales to design a new logo sales account approach
- Meet and exceed bookings targets for the identified market segment
- Motivate and coach inside sales professionals to build pipeline and close revenue through channel & OEM partners
- Work with marketing to design and implement campaigns focused at target accounts
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity using SFDC
- Join customer calls with the inside sales team to coach and assist in closing bookings
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years sales experience and 3+ years management experience. Experience in enterprise sales, storage/networking/virtualization/cloud or infrastructure industries is strongly preferred.
- Proven consistent achievement of goals through leadership and motivation of an inside sales team
- Experience hiring, developing and retaining talent
- Exceptional command of enterprise sales methodologies and ability to coach to it
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com skills
- Travel required (1-2 times per quarter)
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully hybrid environment, spending time working from home and our office, and feeling connected to the team through regular meetings and communications.
