Inside Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and engage potential B2B customers through outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and follow up on generated leads.
- Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and value of our platform to prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and sales proposals.
- Monitor sales metrics to track personal performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
