Key Responsibilities

You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

Requirements

We are looking for skilled Server/Network Technicians with a passion for technology to help us expand our data centers to the next level.

You will work on installing and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud. You will work closely with our engineering and logistics teams to maintain daily operations. There is never a dull moment as each day presents itself with different challenges.

Data Center Operations designs, installs & maintains the world's largest Computing Infrastructure. This role is a unique opportunity to work in some of the most cutting-edge data centers in the world.

Amazon data centers are large-scale high-density centers where you will be working on changing the face of cloud technology in the region.

Shift Work

Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis).This position also has a physical component requiring the ability to lift & rack equipment using our lifting equipment.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle to travel between sites.

Qualifications

2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.

1+ years of computer networking experience.

High school or equivalent diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
