Workshop Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Workshop Manager to join Airbus Defence and Space in Tablada, Sevilla.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the shopfloor organization to meet program requirements, ensuring efficient production and effective coordination of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production processes to meet quality, time, cost, and performance targets.
• Coordinate and lead teams to optimize processes and improve productivity.
• Monitor production status and participate in SQCDPF boards to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure availability of parts and productive means for the program.
• Coordinate and follow-up on site subcontractors to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Develop and implement skills development programs for personnel.
• Establish a clear and efficient way of working, promoting Airbus values and way forward.

Requirements:

• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the area.
• Advanced level in English.
• High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.
