Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Manager to lead our technical team in the development of conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for alkaline electrolyzers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical team to design and develop process-level engineering for electrolyzers.
  • Approve designs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Organize documentation and develop mechanical diagrams.
  • Integrate subsystems and multi-stack plants.
  • Define control strategies for hydrogen production equipment.
  • Manage budgets and financial control for BoP development activity.
  • Commission and test equipment and designed facilities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in hydrogen engineering or process engineering.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Ability to make presentations and conduct meetings with suppliers and customers.
