Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic business outcomes in our Manufacturing Operations department. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving desired business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including project charters, communication plans, and project schedules.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure effective mitigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
  • Provide project management expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
