Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic business outcomes at Schreiber Foods. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects that align with our business objectives and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, communication plans, and project schedules
  • Manage project documentation, including project status reports, risk management plans, and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with Schreiber Foods' project management process and policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on strategic business outcomes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in project management tools and software
