Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Oversee and lead the implementation of Vistex modules, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations, clarifying design issues, and managing scope control to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Team Coaching: Coach and train a team of functional consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct requirements gathering workshops, develop comprehensive designs and process flows, and secure client approval on blueprints and project documentation.
- Business Advisory: Be a trusted advisor for customers, providing best practice guidance and business/industry expertise in several verticals.
- Project Deliverables: Lead and execute full project deliverables, including blueprints workshops, documents, specifications, configuration, and testing/training support.
- Technical Expertise: Get a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solution.
- Process Understanding: Understand upstream/downstream process impacts, including Master data, sales, finance, etc.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with offshore teams (internal and external).
