Platform Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join our team at eDreams ODIGEO. As a Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and platform services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the FinOps framework to manage and control costs
  • Provision infrastructure and services as deployment platforms, monitoring, or security tools
  • Develop automation scripts and tooling
  • Be in charge of the telemetry platform
  • Research emerging technologies to build into the platform
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of DevOps experience maintaining complex information systems
  • Solid experience in cloud services (preferably GCP)
  • Solid experience using Git
  • Solid experience in Docker
  • Experience in deployment tools: ArgoCD or Flux
  • Experience with Orchestrators as Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI systems, such as Jenkins and GitLab-CI
  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Terragrunt
