Job Title: AI Platform Engineer

At Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd., we're seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Engineer to join our team. As an AI Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and continuous improvement of our Gen AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient AI solutions using machine learning and large language models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy Gen AI solutions and reusable services that address specific business problems in insurance.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in programming languages such as Python and MLOps, Cloud & Data Technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AI.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an ML / AI platform engineer.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, large language models, and MLOps.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python.
  • Expertise in MLOps, Cloud & Data Technologies – ideally Azure and AWS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
