**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Economy Designer to join our team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical, creative, and strategic visions for best-in-class mobile free-to-play games.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Define and achieve monetization and progression goals of the game while shaping an engaging and rewarding player experience from concept through to completion.
  • Own and drive the technical, creative, and strategic visions for best-in-class mobile free-to-play games.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement game economies that drive player engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of player behavior, market trends, and industry best practices to inform game design decisions.
  • Work closely with the game development team to ensure that game economies are designed to meet business objectives and player needs.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in game economy design, game development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, game mechanics, and player psychology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
