Lifeguard (Female) - Pool and Beach Safety Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Lifeguard to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in and around the pool and beach areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the pool and beach areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
  • Update hotel signs and notices in your area to maintain a safe environment
  • Hold a current governmental certificate in lifeguarding and maintain its validity
  • Report any hazardous situations to management and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with first aid knowledge and procedures, including drowning cases
  • Be flexible and assist with tasks in other areas of the hotel as needed
  • Operate a quality fitness program, including fitness testing, evaluations, and instruction
  • Ensure adherence to hotel health, safety, and hygiene policies
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the hotel

Requirements:

  • High school or vocational diploma
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Sufficient level of English and Arabic to communicate effectively with guests and employees
  • Professional trainings and seminars, and professional certification
