We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our Purchase-to-Pay team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing Purchase-to-Pay processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Manage and resolve inquiries related to Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Perform analysis and issue resolution for overdue invoices and supplier inquiries
- Approve invoice payment proposals and manage supplier relationships
- Conduct period-end activities, including account reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize process efficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Purchase-to-Pay processes
- University degree in Finance or equivalent
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Experience with SAP (MM/FI modules) and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks with a positive mindset
- High integrity and strong work ethic
