The RAN Product Engineer will participate in the Open Ran Product Strategy and Planning team, some of the responsibilities will include:
- Develop and drive the OPEN RAN product roadmap, the associated 3-year plan and the TCO evolution, tracking the progress across all development stages and enabling successful product integration and deployments.
- Support on RAN commercial processes through RFQ best practices to shortlist vendors and maximize vendors' technical and commercial capabilities and efficiencies.
- Shape, develop and deliver OPEN RAN solutions and innovation from high-level specifications to validated products that can be deployed in the field.
What you will bring?
- Extensive experience in mobile operator/Radio supplier environment in the fields of 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio Access Networks.
- Experience in software or hardware development of RAN products or functions.
- Proven track record for successful development and delivery of new Radio technologies/final customer solutions.
- Experience in delivering RFI/RFP/RFQ management and evaluation.
- Top customer relationship, and PowerPoint presentation preparation skills.
- Programme Management Skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
