Principal Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that they meet the needs of our users.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users and their needs, using this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with our product management and engineering teams to ensure that design solutions are feasible and meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
