About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Global Pricing and Revenue Optimization to join our team at WebBeds. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term pricing strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, contracting, sales, marketing, and technical optimization, to ensure effective pricing and revenue management
  • Identify key pricing inputs and incorporate them into pricing strategy definition
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate pricing strategy effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Lead and coordinate volume generation and revenue maximization initiatives and projects
  • Build and maintain close relationships with product, purchasing, and sales departments across all WebBeds regions
  • Establish departmental processes and control mechanisms to ensure implemented strategies meet business targets
  • Support growth in Total Transaction Value (TTV) production and corresponding margin contribution
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (any other European language is an advantage)
  • Comprehensive previous experience in a Revenue, Pricing, or equivalent role within the travel industry
  • Knowledge and experience of wholesale/online travel/ecommerce
  • Knowledge and experience of pricing and inventory management
  • Experience and understanding of API/XML technical integrations
  • High level of Microsoft Excel and office package skills
  • Analytical skills to track metrics and ensure delivering success and targets compliance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability and flexibility to travel
  • Professional, credible, confident, and enthusiastic
  • Proactive and results-driven, delivering on commitments
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
  • Organized and able to balance the demands of several activities
  • Ability to produce and analyze accurate reporting
