Flowserve is a leading manufacturer of fluid motion control solutions for critical applications. We are seeking a skilled SAP Planning to Manufacture Business Analyst to join our team.

Main responsibilities include providing solutions and enterprise enablement for the business on SAP PP & QM and secondary expertise in Warehouse Management (WM). The ideal candidate will have module knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, Quality, and Warehouse Management in a multinational company.

Your role:

  • Responsible for the Planning to Manufacture thread on our S4/program, focusing on SAP modules PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management).
  • Ensure functional and process quality of SAP implementation and improvement project life cycles.
  • Work closely with SAP Consultants/Business Analysts and regional/global business partners.
  • Collaborate with the production support team.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science required.
  • Masters in computer-related field preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Critical problem-solving skills and experience with SAP implementation life cycles.
  • Expert subject matter expert for Production Planning, Quality, and Warehouse Management on S4.
  • Knowledge of SAP PS (Project Systems) integration a plus.
  • Capable of troubleshooting and providing quality problem resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Team player with a responsive, organized approach.
  • Will to travel up to 25-50% for domestic and/or international assignments.
