Flowserve is a leading manufacturer of fluid motion control solutions for critical applications. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Planning to Manufacture Business Analyst to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions and enterprise enablement for the business on SAP PP & QM and Warehouse Management.
  • Deliver SAP project implementations in various regions, aligning with the Flowserve Global Business Process Standardization and corporate policies governance and statutory Requirements.

Your Role:

  • Responsible for the Planning to Manufacture thread on our S4/program, focusing on SAP modules PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and WM (Warehouse Management).
  • Ensure functional and process quality of SAP implementation and improvement project life cycles.
  • Collaborate with SAP Consultants/Business Analysts and regional/global business partners.
  • Work closely with the production support team.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science required.
  • Masters in computer-related field preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Critical problem-solving skills and working experience on similar capacity for more than 5 years with at least 2-3 SAP implementation life cycles.
  • Expert subject matter expert for Production Planning, Quality, and Warehouse Management on S4.
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP PS (Project Systems) is a plus.
  • Capable of troubleshooting and providing quality problem resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Team Player, responsive, organized, and willing to travel up to 25-50% domestic and/or international.
