Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to determine the perfect fit for specific job roles.
- Collaborate with our Senior Recruitment Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and foster lasting relationships with them.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.
- Ensure candidate profiles are well-described and updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for future reference.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and French (spoken and written) - this is non-negotiable.
- Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1).
- Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting French-speaking talent (within Volume Tech/SaaS/BPO/Languages).
- Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and approximately 10,000 connections.
- Stellar communication and people skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
- Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
