About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Presales Manager to join our team at Embat. As a key member of our sales and product teams, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our financial management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients and understand their treasury management needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our treasury products and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Design and propose customized solutions that address clients' specific challenges in treasury management.
  • Lead product demonstrations and showcase the capabilities and benefits of our treasury SaaS solutions.
  • Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Work closely with the product management and development teams to relay client feedback and influence product enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to internal sales teams and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, trends, and threats within the treasury management space.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in treasury management, presales, or a related field, preferably within a Fintech or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, financial software, and treasury management systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Working proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish.
