About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Werfenlife Sa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing market requirements for new products within the Acute Care Diagnostics business unit.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will coordinate implementation efforts with technical services and the field sales organization. You will also provide marketing assistance to field personnel and customers, ensuring that they have the necessary information and support to succeed in their roles. Additionally, you will act as a key marketing technical liaison on all product lines, providing product and regulatory information to sales, service, and customers.

Your Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a key marketing technical liaison on all product lines, providing product and regulatory information to sales, service, and customers.
• Provide first-level remote and on-site technical, applications, operations, and regulatory support to critical and key customer accounts, assisting them with the integration of systems in their laboratories.
• Interface with all levels of management to independently resolve conflicts/problems with company peers.
• Maintain regular communications with technical services on problems with instruments and reagents within the product line.
• Provide detailed technical training for sales staff; work with field sales staff to develop training requirements and sales tools required to introduce new products and sales campaigns for all or part of the product line.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing support programs.
• Contribute to planning and creation of advertising and promotional materials; write technical bulletins and newsletters.
• Keep informed about developments in medical instrumentation/diagnostic industry as they apply to the company's future marketing plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires a Bachelor ́s Degree in Science, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years' experience in sales and/or marketing within the healthcare industry is also required. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in coagulation or experience in a surgical environment, which will be highly valued. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with Portuguese being considered a plus. In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate will exhibit strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in Spain, but we welcome applicants from around the world who are willing to relocate.
