Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects ranging from 5,000 to +100,000 sqm, ensuring that our properties meet Prologis' high-quality standards. This includes coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing various levels of construction projects within the logistical development sector. You will interact with all levels of management to ensure the success of the project from start to completion, including securing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of architects, consultants, and contractors to develop a wide variety of logistics projects reviewing specifications, construction budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop, tender, and manage projects ranging from 5,000 sqm to +100,000 sqm.
  • Proactively and independently manage and monitor the construction process of multiple projects in various phases, from project initiation to completion.
  • Develop budgets, define risks, and track costs, both hard and soft costs for land, infrastructure, and building construction for Build to suit and speculative building developments.
  • Analyze and review designs and proposals to match Prologis standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Capital Deployment, providing technical advice on customer-facing tasks, such as analyzing offers and attending client meetings.
  • Oversight of the permitting process and all necessary approvals from local authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture, or construction management).
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
