Resort Ambassador

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Resort Ambassador to join our team at Jet2Holidays. As a key member of our resort team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service
• Recommend local experiences and attractions to match our customers' needs
• Take ownership of customer queries and problems, using our in-house digital systems to resolve issues efficiently
• Maximise branding opportunities within our hotels and resorts
• Be the face of Jet2Holidays during scheduled hotel visits
• Support the Airport Team on busy flight days

Requirements:

• Full right to work documents for the country where this role is based
• Living in the destination or willing to source your own accommodation
• Flexible approach to the operation
• Ability to work early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekends
• Confidence in using digital tablets on a daily basis
• Driver with access to your own vehicle for work purposes
