Resort Ambassador

As a Resort Representative with Jet2holidays, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing our customers' holiday experience. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide a seamless and memorable experience for our valued customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Resort Team Leader to deliver VIP industry-leading customer service and ensure that our customers have an unforgettable experience.
• Recommend local experiences and attractions to match our customers' needs, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
• Take ownership of customer queries and problems, logging them using our in-house digital systems and resolving them quickly and effectively.
• Maximise branding opportunities within our hotels and resorts, promoting the Jet2holidays brand and values.
• Be the face of Jet2holidays during scheduled hotel visits, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
• Support the Airport Team on busy flight days, working in arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

• Hold full right to work documents for the country where this role is based.
• Be living in the destination or willing to source your own accommodation.
• Have a flexible approach to the operation, with working hours varying each month.
• Be able to effectively handle a wide range of different customer-facing situations and solve problems.
• Have a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be confident in using digital tablets on a daily basis.
• Already be a driver with access to your own vehicle, which you are able to use for work purposes.
