About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to join our team at zeroG - AI in Aviation. As a key member of our Data Science team, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of Generative AI video services across our aviation platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical guidance to a team of Data Scientists and a Machine Learning Engineer on building and deploying disruptive Generative AI video services at scale.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  3. Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques in the area of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
  4. Mentor and lead the Data Science team to explore and grow on the newest technologies.
  5. Collaborate with local Data Science and Data Engineering teams to drive projects and initiatives forward.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical expertise in machine learning, data science, and AI.
  • Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior data scientists.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
