About the Role

Linde Gas España is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting the development of a strong Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) culture and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement execution plans to achieve targets and strategies, aligning execution with different business areas.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of management systems and continuous improvement in the SHEQ area.
  • Manage country management systems and maintain certifications where applicable.
  • Guarantee the implementation of Linde Global Standards applied to local management systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and provide information and lead periodic management system reviews.
  • Coordinate audit plans and execution, making measurements and providing information and support for analysis and improvements in the SHEQ area.
  • Ensure compliance with country occupational safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Participate in the processes of digitalization and task automation, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.

Requirements

  • University degree in technical areas, preferably.
  • Expertise in three areas: Occupational Safety, Health, and Ergonomics.
  • Experience in similar roles in the sanitary business.
  • Proficient in ISO's 14001 and 45001, and administration of management systems and risks assessment.
  • Experience in training and auditing.
  • Teamworker, collaborative person, and ability to deal with different key interfaces.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.
