Compensation:$7,600.00-$8,000.00 per hourThis role offers a competitive hourly wage, reflecting the value we place on our seasonal sales teammates.

Job SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated sales specialists to join our team during our busiest seasons. As a Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammate, you will play a crucial role in generating sales by providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service while ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
  • B ring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers
  • Stock, straighten, and maintain the store's visual appeal
  • Work both front and back of store as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA)
  • A vailability to work a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held, and mobile devices)
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience, particularly in a customer-facing role
