**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our Group Digital team. As a Data Architect, you will be part of defining and implementing data principles, standards, and the end-to-end Data & Information Reference Architecture. This specific role will be embedded in one of our digital domains, supporting the implementation of our data capabilities and helping design digital & data products.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and implement data principles, standards, and the end-to-end Data & Information Reference Architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, data managers, technology architects, and engineers to bring the data perspective.
- Communicate effectively across organizational, business, and technical boundaries.
- Guide teams and make data architecture recommendations with a business focus.
- DevOps/DataOps and agile development practices, in which digital and data products evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data integration, data warehousing, data analytics, data management, and retail industry is considered valuable.
- Interest or experience in challenges around digital ethics and privacy compliance in a global context.
**Requirements**
- Experience with data management, analytics solution architecture, or data engineering.
- Ambition to move into the data architect role.
- Ability to see how all the pieces come together as a whole.
- Experience with DevOps/DataOps and agile development practices.
- Experience with data integration, data warehousing, data analytics, data management, and retail industry.
