Maintenance Technician

ContourGlobal, a leading independent power producer, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on the plant's mechanical equipment, ensuring maximum performance and availability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and a proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing equipment. They will also be responsible for supervising external contractors and participating in maintenance meetings to resolve breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance work on electrical equipment, instruments, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical plant equipment that is faulty or not functioning properly.
- Supervise E&I tasks contracted to external companies.
- Participate in maintenance meetings to resolve breakdowns.
- Prepare repair and technical reports of various kinds and collaborate in the analysis and investigation of incidents.
Requirements:
- Strong background in electrical systems and maintenance.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
