Mission

Manage the daily data entry and verification processes, ensuring that fragrance formulations and raw materials comply with internal requirements and company standards enabling efficiency of all involved departments.

Functions

  • SAP Code Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of codes in the SAP system, resolve issues, and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Database Control: Conduct studies and correct inaccurate data to maintain a reliable database.
  • Procedure Documentation: Draft and update departmental work procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to extract requested information and modify data as needed.
  • Project Participation: Collaborate on both internal and external projects as requested by the manager, and take full responsibility for some projects.
  • Support and Backup: Provide backup and support to Key Users within the department.
  • Cross-Departmental Relations: Maintain relationships with departments involved in code creation, both at Head Quarters and subsidiaries (Asia, Middle East, Europe and Latin America).
  • IT Collaboration: Work with the IT department to resolve issues and support other departments requiring assistance with master data.
