Customer Support Specialist with Finnish or Swedish Language Skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Finnish or Swedish, as well as fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Provide resolution to customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Record case resolutions in our contact center tool
• Escalate priority issues to the immediate lead if necessary
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality standards

Requirements:

• Proficient in Finnish or Swedish (C1) and fluent in English (B1)
• Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing there
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Latvia
• Computer literacy with a minimum typing skill of 50 wpm with 90% accuracy
• Optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality
