We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Officer to lead our health and safety project for a factory in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work processes and procedures, identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform equipment inspections to ensure they are properly installed and operational, and facilitate repairs as needed.

- Collaborate with law enforcement agents and investigators to address workplace accidents.
- Provide safety training to company staff, ensuring they understand necessary safety principles.
- Oversee waste disposal methods to ensure compliance with safe disposal procedures.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in risk management, engineering, safety management, or a related discipline is required. Certification of EHS in Spain is mandatory for this position.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills to develop safe operational strategies.
- Ability to coordinate general workplace operations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Effective communication skills to provide clear safety information to staff.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese Mandarin is a priority for this position.
