At EcoVadis, we are seeking a highly motivated AI Governance Expert to join our growing AI Center of Excellence. This role will be responsible for ensuring the responsible use of AI in our products and AI-assisted automation initiatives, and its alignment with regulatory and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement AI governance frameworks and relevant policies
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies for AI systems
- Support reporting on AI governance signals and implementation activities in public disclosures and beyond
- Coordinate work across ML engineers and scientists with respect to AI asset repository
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders including legal teams, procurement, enterprise architecture and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to pursue a career in an international and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
- M.S. degree in a relevant quantitative subject area
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to AI and data protection
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning lifecycle, principles and tooling including MLOps
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how AI initiatives drive value in organizations
