Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our regional service quality initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and defining strategic quality initiatives in our sub-regional service organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise sub-regional service business on their quality metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure the quality performance is understood by sub-regional service and support service in reaching their quality business goals.
  • Sub-regional service point of contact for Quality, including escalation of compliance issues.
  • Ensure quality is maintained through a setup on the sub-regional Service sites.
  • Support sub-regional service Turbine Quality Audit (TQA) program to identify issues leading to turbine's downtime and hitting LPF & LDs.
  • Support service in reducing CoPQ, with focus on LDs, LPF, Service overdue backlog.
  • Support quality training and awareness activities in the sub-region.
  • Support sharing of best practices in sub-regional service through knowledge transfer across the value chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner.
  • Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor.
  • Competencies: Communication, cooperation and stakeholder management skills, experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations.
  • Expertise and understanding of service quality processes.
  • Experience of data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
