About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Enterprise Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to expand your career into cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies and work on delivering customer solutions in our industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer onboarding and engagement
  • Implementing quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives
  • Leading and participating in workshops
  • Prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success
  • Delivering approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable
  • Working with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget
  • Post-go-live and existing customer engagements
  • Supporting customer solution reviews and customer health checks
  • Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers
  • Staying relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally

Requirements

  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Excited about technology-enabled change
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure
  • Background/experience in Finance/Management/IT is considered a bonus
