About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at Louis Vuitton in Barcelona. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Achieve Objectives: Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, and be accountable for sales results.
  • Provide Exceptional Client Experience: Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience, advising them across the Brand and all product categories.
  • Develop Long-Term Relationships: Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Brand Knowledge: Learn and master Brand and product knowledge, respecting Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
Expected Attitudes and Skills
  • Curiosity and Empathy: Demonstrate curiosity and empathy in understanding Client needs and preferences.
  • Agility and Commercial Mindset: Manage well unforeseen situations with Clients, and possess a commercial mindset to drive sales and achieve objectives.
  • Passion for the Brand: Show a genuine passion for the Louis Vuitton Brand and its values.
  • Professional Attitude and Responsibility: Demonstrate a professional attitude and take ownership of responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in Spanish and English, with any other language being a plus.
  • Previous Experience: A previous background in retail or hospitality and luxury is not mandatory, but will be positively considered.
  • Education: Professional Superior studies in the area of sales & marketing and/or tourism is valued but not a requirement.
