About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive sustainability initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical projects and ensuring that customer technical requirements are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical project teams and manage technical risks during the tender and execution phases.
  • Establish customer needs and seek alternative or low-cost technical solutions.
  • Liaise with architects and experts to optimize and secure the overall design of customized solutions.
  • Optimize and challenge contributors and quotation centers to be more competitive in bids.
  • Propose the best split of scope between stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer technical requirements are fulfilled in terms of performance, quality, costs, and time.
  • Manage all technical aspects of complex solutions, including design, integration, testing, and commissioning.
  • Lead a technical team composed of customer project technical designers and engineers.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience leading technical projects or 5 years as a Solution Application Engineer for large and international customer projects.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical field of expertise, such as Electrical Distribution or Energy Automation for data centers.
  • Telecommunication and Networks technical skills at design level.
  • Proven ability to lead with agility functional and remote technical teams with different fields of expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel 40% of the time internationally.
