We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our IT Infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting customer requirements and expectations.
- Cost Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are minimized.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including front-end, middle-end, and back-end infrastructure layers.
- Project Management Certifications: PMP or Prince certification is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- ITIL v4 Certification: ITIL v4 best practices for businesses and individuals for business transformation and strategic IT.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with front-end (apache / nginx), middle-end (tomcat / weblogic / jboss), and back-end (postgre / mysql / oracle 10g to 19c) infrastructure layers.
- Infrastructure Experience: Experience with infrastructure technologies, including blade technology (HP, Fujitsu, Dell), hyperconvergency (nutanix), and storage (Dell-EMC / NetAPP).
