Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex Ruby on Rails applications
  • Develop server-side infrastructure for the Workato user interface
  • Collaborate with UI, connectivity, and DevOps teams to devise elegant solutions for intricate problems
Requirements

We're looking for a skilled developer with strong experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining Rails applications (5+ years), extensive knowledge of Ruby, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, experience with Redis/Memcache based caching, RDBMS engines (Postgres) is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills.
