**Salary & Benefits**

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from €120,000 to €180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a dynamic and collaborative work environment, relocation assistance, and a shuttle bus service from Malaga, Fuengirola, La Riviera, and Estepona.

**Job Description**

As our Chief AI Innovation Director, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML/NLP-powered solutions to enhance both external products and internal workflows. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving innovation: Develop and implement cutting-edge technologies, such as fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), optimizing knowledge graph curation, and coordinating multi-agent LLM workflows, to solve complex business challenges.
  • Shaping strategy: Define and execute a vision for integrating emerging technologies to deliver transformative insights and drive business growth.
  • Engaging clients: Collaborate with clients during the product discovery process to understand their needs, gather feedback, and iterate on development to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Leading research: Stay at the forefront of AI and ML advancements, ensuring RavenPack's solutions remain competitive and aligned with emerging trends in the industry.
  • Fostering collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams of researchers, engineers, and business leaders to execute projects that align with organizational goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's or PhD in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record of leadership and delivering results in ML/NLP-driven initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing and state-of-the-art language models, with hands-on experience in frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face.
  • Strong understanding of time series forecasting, statistical modeling, and the coordination of LLM agents to enhance complex workflows.
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate unstructured problems and deliver practical solutions.
  • Advanced programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL or other database technologies.
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills, with experience in engaging clients and managing cross-functional teams.
