Talentview For Alfamart Trading is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Manage inventory and resources, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and movements.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including inventory turnover, stock levels, and shipping/receiving performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
- In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations, including leading teams and managing resources.
- Strong organizational and management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications, including inventory reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations and procedures.
