About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Solutions Manager. As a key member of our global financial services team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) among large financial services organizations.

Your primary focus will be on establishing deep relationships with our customers, understanding their business vision, culture, and processes, and guiding them through the people, process, and technology facets of their cloud transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive customer adoption of AWS, including training and education programs, migration planning, and solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to customers on cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, and help them navigate the complexities of cloud adoption.
  • Measure and report on customer success, including cloud enablement capabilities, workloads migrated to AWS, and customer engagement effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives, including 5+ years of customer-facing experience delivering transformations for large enterprises with global operations and multiple stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional leadership, collaboration, operations, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Scrum or SAFe and/or PMP/PgMP.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certification(s) with experience delivering AWS and/or other cloud services to realize business strategy.
  • Experience working with global financial services customers (Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance).
  • Consultancy experience as a technology delivery lead and trusted advisor to external customer(s), with executive-level presence and communication skills.
  • Versed in Software DevOps and Cloud Operating Models.
  • Experience working within a public cloud sales organization.
  • MBA degree or equivalent.
