Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Project Coordinator for Cartier Iberia, you will be responsible for leading local efforts to increase and diffuse the culture of transversality and strategic thinking. You will act as a key transversal player within the organization and across Marketing, Communications, Commercial, and Richemont support services.

Key Deliverables
  1. Develop and follow up on 360o Omnichannel programming that will orchestrate the main priorities of the market in contact with different stakeholders.
  2. Business intelligence and insights for the preparation of the Business Action Plan of the market.
  3. Execution of the document and its internal communication plan.
  4. Coordination and follow-up of the execution of tactical action plans in the market.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of the luxury industry, previous experience in high-end retail or luxury project management is valued.
  3. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, complex analysis, analytics frameworks, translating results into actionable recommendations.
  4. Able to join technical understanding with business needs.
  5. Experience with Data visualization tools, Looker preferred.
  6. Strong communication skills and thrive working cross-functionally, ability to engage with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
  7. Highly organized, structured, enthusiastic, positive, and pragmatic attitude.
  8. Client-centric and growth mindset.
  9. Comfortable with project management approach.
  10. Languages: English fluent and at least operational Spanish mandatory.
